On October 20th, Green World International Group successfully held the 2024 Top Management Summit in Nanjing. The summit brought together the top management team of the Group and managers of the branches, including the core members such as Dr. Deming Li, Chairman of the Group, Mr. David L. Zhang, President of Africa Region, Mr. Peter Li, President of Latin America Region and Mr. Yanguo Chen, President of Eurasia Region.
At the beginning of the Summit, Dr. Deming Li, Chairman of the Group, delivered a keynote speech. She analyzed the core goals and strategic planning of the group’s future development, comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the Group in the first half of the year, spoke highly of the achievements, and objectively pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies. For the work of the second half of the year, she put forward a detailed plan and deployment, set objectives, clarified missions, and pointed out a clear direction for the future development of the Group.
In his speech, Mr. David L. Zhang, President of Africa Region, paid great attention to the huge potential of African market and the rapid growth of consumer market, and explained the strategic planning of regional market segmentation. In addition, Mr. David L. Zhang also generously shared his valuable work experience and business philosophy, especially his deep understanding of the indispensable role of teamwork in market expansion. He firmly believes that only through close cooperation and joint efforts among team members can we steadily move forward in the highly competitive African market and achieve a broader space for development.
Subsequently, Mr. Peter Li, President of Latin America Region, and Mr. Yanguo Chen, President of Eurasia Region also delivered wonderful speeches. They respectively analyzed the market status and development of their regions, and put forward practical strategic plans. They also provided insights on how teams can work together and optimize resource integration to achieve collaboration on a global scale.
